Growing up I drew on anything I could, so sketchbooks & graffiti came naturally. Through some refinement of this urge I have found solace in design. I have studied advertising & graphic design at the Art Institute & the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. The majority of the work displayed on this site are examples from class, but there are a handful or two of finished contracted projects. I grew up in a family of known finish carpenters, & most of my work experience would be in a related trade. I did work plenty of retail while in college since the schedules were more flexible & folding jeans for hours seemed stress relieving at the time. I love tangible design & I take pride in functionality.
